Mr Conway’s eclectic career includes commercial farming, private school administration, and running Sand Ridge, one of America’s top 100 golf courses. He is currently Partner in a real estate company specializing in the resorts of Kiawah Island and Seabrook, South Carolina, and also owns Turtleco ll, a Property Management Company on Kiawah Island.
Raised in the Midwest, Mr Conway and his family moved to Sydney, Australia in the 1960s, where he attended Shore School. He continued his education in the United States and received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College (History and Education). He obtained a Master’s Degree in Education from Cleveland State University.
Mr Conway is past President of the Sandfair Foundation, a family philanthropic institution that primarily supports education and faith based entities. In addition to his other activities, he and his wife own and operate a small vegetable and livestock farm supporting the sustainable food initiative near Charleston, South Carolina.
Mr Conway and his family live on Kiawah Island, South Carolina.

Patrick grew up in country Western Australia and Melbourne and graduated in Science and Law from Monash University in 1990. He joined Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) the following year and in 1994 joined the legal department of BHP. In 1998 he joined Macquarie Bank in Sydney as an investment banker before moving to UBS in 2000. He transferred with UBS to New York in 2004 and to Hong Kong in 2007 before returning to New York in 2011 when he joined Moelis & Company.
Patrick is focused on mergers and acquisitions in the metals and mining industry globally and has been involved in most of the significant metals and mining mergers to occur in the industry in the past 20 years.
Patrick is currently a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company, is the Chair of the Monash Global Leaders Network Advisory Committee and Co-Chair of the US Friends of the Australian Chamber Orchestra. Patrick and his husband live in New York.

Charlie is a Principal at The Blackstone Group, where he is responsible for originating, investing, managing, and fundraising for Blackstone’s $25 billion technology credit portfolio. Charlie started his career with Macquarie Capital in Melbourne and has spent a decade working in the U.S. private equity market in New York, Boston, and San Francisco.
Charlie graduated with a BCom (Hons) from The University of Melbourne and Monash University, and an MBA (Hons) from The Wharton School. He currently lives in Mill Valley, California with his young family where he enjoys hiking and BBQing for friends.

Marcus is a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management, where he is responsible for sourcing, investing, managing, and fundraising for Brookfield’s global secondaries business.
Prior to Brookfield, Marcus held senior investment roles with Partners Group, Camden and UBS.
Marcus graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is the U.S. representative for the UNSW Alumni Advisory Committee.
Marcus lives in New York City with his wife and three children.

Charles Grant retired in 2022 after a 40 year career in private equity. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Grant was a Partner of Lexington Partners, primarily engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of private equity and alternative investments. Mr. Grant, a Chartered Accountant, graduated from the University of New South Wales and is a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is chairman of the UNSW & Study Abroad – Friends and US Alumni Inc and New England Chair and Board Member of the American Australian Association.

Richard Hall is a partner in the Corporate Department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance advice and matters relating to activist defense.
Mr. Hall has been repeatedly cited as one of the country’s leading practitioners in mergers and acquisitions by, among others, Chambers USA, Chambers Global, The Legal 500 United States, The Legal 500 Latin America, IFLR1000, The Best Lawyers in America; and Latin Lawyer. Nicholas is a Senior Contracts and Compliance Analyst for Haemonetics Corporation in Boston. Nicholas primary focus is on contractual compliance and fulfilment through the lens of fleet compliance and capital asset management. Before moving to Boston in 2017 to begin his MBA, Nicholas worked as an independent consultant in Sydney across several industries including health & wellness, hospitality and CPG focusing on waste minimization, process management and client consolidation.
Nicholas graduated Northeastern University with an MBA majoring in Supply Chain and Operations Management and currently resides in Massachusetts with his wife and new son.
